Private Sector Housing and Anti-Social Behaviour Project
Provides a co-ordinated approach to tackle a variety of issues in the private rented and owner occupied sectors. Work includes bringing empty properties back into use, piloting an accredited tenants scheme and developing ways of accrediting, training, supporting and helping private landlords.
Three officers have been appointed to carry out the work, they are:- an Empty Properties Officer, a Private Landlords Officer and an Anti-social Behaviour Officer. Back on the Map jointly fund the three posts along with the local Authority.
